This page walks the FlowJo Portal Group License Admin through the process of inviting users to join the group license.

Send Invite to the end-user, using FlowJo Portal Admin Tools.

      Invited users will be added to your Invites Tool  

      The invitation will be pending for 30 days before it expires. If the invite expires, you will need to resend the invite via your Invites Tool by checking the user’s account and pressing the Resend Invite button. 

      An Emailed invitation is sent to the user. 

      The user will click on the button in this invite, and they will be redirected to cloud.flowjo.com for account creation or login (if they already have a FlowJo Portal account) 

      The user will create/confirm their FlowJo Portal account. 

      The user will sign into FlowJo Portal (cloud.flowjo.com) after successfully creating their account and be prompted to fill in the Custom Fields that their Admin has set-up. 

      *The Custom Fields pop-up will not pop-up for the user unless the admin has created Custom Fields in FlowJo Portal Admin Tools 

      Post submission of the Custom Fields survey, the user will agree to our FlowJo Portal EULA. 

      Users will need to scroll to the bottom and click the “I understand…” agreement for the “I Agree” button to be clickable. 

      Success! You can now click “OK” and manage your FlowJo Portal account. 

      Post successful completion of the account creation process/acceptance of the group license invite, users will be able to sign in to FlowJo with their FlowJo Portal username/password.  Sign-In instructions linked below: https://docs.flowjo.com/portal/flowjo-portal-license-for-flowjo/
