Selecting an Expand/Collapse icon provides four actions to manipulate the display of a Workspace by expanding or collapsing the analysis hierarchy of a particular sample or a group of samples. These functions reduce scrolling when you are analyzing a large number of samples.

Expand Selection

Reveals any hidden items in the analysis hierarchy of the selected population or subset. Selecting this icon is the equivalent to clicking the disclosure triangle next to a hidden analysis hierarchy.

Expand All

Displays the complete hierarchical analysis structure with gated populations, statistics, and other analyses displayed.

Collapse Selection

Closes and hides items in the analysis hierarchy of the selected population or subset. Clicking the disclosure triangle will also hide these items.

Collapse All

Closes and hides all hierarchical analyses so that only the imported tubes and their disclosure triangles are visible.
