The scale of the parameter can be altered using the T button in the graph window. Updates to scaling and transformation propagate to the image in the layout editor as well. Adding Statistics to Samples
To add a statistic or statistics to samples in the workspace, open the statistic interface. Information on statistics can be found here.

To place plots into the layout editor, just drag and drop samples or populations from the workspace into the layout editor window. For more details, please go here.

Legacy MoFlo and Legacy Cyan
The legacy MoFlo and Cyan produce FCS2.0 files from Summit v4 or less which are analog (FCS2.0) files. Analog data (or FCS2.0) data files are read by FlowJo in the format they were exported. FC500
The FC500 produces a LMD file that contains a fcs2.0 portion and a fcs3.0 portion. Simply setting the preferences in v10 to read the fcs2.0 portion will ensure that the data is displayed in FlowJo as it was shown on the FC500.
CyAn ADP
CyAn ADP – Summit Software v5 Summit produces FCS 3.0 compliant file. FlowJo’s default preferences should display the data the same way as seen on the instrument.
