FlowJo Portal subscribers can create a 14-day Extended Offline Token (EOT) license for a single authorized device in order to use FlowJo when an internet connection is not available for an extended period.
The 14-day EOT license enables you to use FlowJo a specific computer for 14 days from the time you check out the EOT. Extended Offline Tokens should only be used if and when the license holder knows that they will be unable to connect to the internet for more than 24 hours, such as when traveling in a remote region, or where internet access might be limited. Please note that creating an EOT requires internet access, so you must plan ahead to create the EOT.
For shorter offline periods, all authorized devices permit a 24-hour offline period without an EOT. Simply log in to FlowJo from your device less than 24 hours before your offline session will end to use FlowJo during your brief offline sessions.
Warning: Checking out an EOT will limit your FlowJo access to that specific authorized device for the next 14 days. You will not be able to use your FlowJo Portal account credentials to log into FlowJo on another computer for the full 14 day period. Extended Offline Tokens are not revokable or removable. Be sure you are creating your EOT for the correct computer.
To check out a 14 day offline license token:
1) Log into your FlowJo Portal account at https://cloud.flowjo.com/ , then click the 2nd icon on the left side of the page and choose “Manage” Devices.

2) Choose which authorized device you will use with the EOT. (If you have multiple devices listed and aren’t sure which hardware address is for the computer you want to use offline, open FlowJo on that computer and obtain the detected hardware address from the License Preferences screen.) More information on obtaining the hardware address detected by FlowJo can be found here: https://docs.flowjo.com/flowjo/faq/general-faq/locating-hwa/
3) Click the “Get Offline Token” button for the device you will use to access FlowJo for the next 14 days. Remember, you will not be able to access FlowJo on any other computer for the next 14 days.

- Once you click Get EOT, you will not be able to user your FlowJo Portal acount credentials on another computer for the full 14 day period.
- Creating an EOT requires internet connection for the authorized device. If you do not have internet access on that device, do not click Get EOT.
- Extended Offline Tokens cannot be revoked, they will expire after 14 days.
- Remember, for shorter offline periods, all authorized devices allow a 24-hour offline period without an EOT.
If you are comfortable with the limitations, click the Get EOT button to create an EOT for the specific authorized device.

5) While connected to the internet, log into FlowJo with your FlowJo Portal license credentials on the selected authorized device.
6) Once you log in successfully, you can disconnect from the network and FlowJo will be authorized for the remaining days in your EOT.
