Add an Instrument to the Instruments List

Any instrument assigned to a step is visible when the step is selected in Workflow Detail view.

1. In Workflow Detail view, select a step in the workflow.
2. In the Step Details panel, click the plus sign to the right of the Instruments field. 
   The Choose Instrument dialog box appears.
   
3. In the Choose Instrument dialog box, type a name for the instrument in the Enter and Instrument Name field.
4. Click Save Instrument.
   The instrument name is added to the instrument list, and is available to be assigned to steps.
